Vampire Kratts: Part 1

"How was class?" Keila asked as I walked out of last-period marine biology. "Fishy" i said, laughing. she had finished her classes an hour earlier than me, as she usually did. "Hey, do you know the Kratt bros?" she asked, exited. "No. Can I meet them?" i asked, following her outside. "Yeah, come on!!" she said, running toward the dorms. "Martin!! It's me!!" she said, knocking on the door. "Hey, Keila! Who is this?" he said, hugging her and patting me on the head. "She's short--I mean she is Mary." she said. "Don't call me short!!!!" I said. "Oh, okay then, shrimp." Keila joked. "Hey, Chris!! We have guests!!" he said into the room. "Oh. Hi." he said looking at me as if he had never talked to a girl before. "Hi. I'm Mary. I heard that you are Chris." I said, looking into his eyes. I was never good with guys, Keila. was. "Before you touch me, I am not short. i am fun-sized." i said, smiling. There was something possessive about Chris's gaze. I couldn't pull my eyes away from his. "Well, are you guys goin to come in?" Chris said, walking back in. Keila looked over at me, and whispered, "You seem to like Chris a lot!" "Well, you seem to like Martin!" I whispered back. We followed them in, and the place was tidier than expected. "You look familiar." Chris said, his eyes changing from regular brown to a red-tinted brown, and back again. "Excuse us one minute." Martin said, dragging Chris into the hallway.
